STAMFORD CHARITIES APPEAL : Please don’t forget to donate for Charities Appeal. The forms are designed for each family of our parish. Attached to the form is an envelope into which you can place your contribution. The form along with your contribution, we ask you enclose in the envelope and place it in the collection basket during church services. Please make check payable to the Byzantine Rite Eparchy of Stamford. DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM TO THE CHANCERY OFFICE. We sincerely ask all parishioners to make generous contributions.

MOTHERS DAY LUNCHEON: Will take place on Sunday, May 14. There will be one (1) Divine Liturgy at 10:30 a.m. The luncheon is sponsored by the Knights of Columbus Parish Council as a tribute to the Mothers in the Parish without whom we would not be here. All are welcome.

TODAY, Sunday, May 7th the national president of Ukrainian National Women’s League of America, Natalie Pawlenko, will be visiting the New Haven branch #108. We invite all women of Ukrainian descent to come and meet with her after the Divine Liturgy in the church hall. The UNWLA goals of Advocate, Educate, Cultivate, and Care will be discussed along with the new program for war widows in Ukraine. You do not have to be a member to attend. A light luncheon will be provided.

Sestretsi will be having Corporate Holy Communion on May 21, 2023 at 9:00 am Divine Liturgy and a short meeting to follow in the classroom.

WE will be making pyrohy (varenyky) on May 13, We need your help and Friday May 12 to peel potatoes and Saturday, May 13, to make pyrohy. Please come and help.

Tantsi/Ukrainian Folk Dancing for older kids,6 and up, started on Friday, February 10, with Stephanie Tomaszewsky, instructor and in partnership with Artistic Director Orlando Pagan and will be every Friday from 6:00 p.m. Any questions will be answered that night. FOOD DONATIONS: A container is in our church vestibule for non-perishable food. Please give generously new items within the expiration date. These items will be given out to the poor in our community. Thank you for your generosity and support.
