Mayor Justin Elicker will read the proclamation marking Ukrainian Independence Day on the New Haven Green at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. Please assemble on the Green between noon and 12:15 so that we can all be in place to start when he arrives. The Ukrainian flag will also be raised at that time.
