Ukrainian Independence Day observed August 25 in New Haven

August 24, 2025

Mayor Justin Elicker will issue a proclamation on Monday, August 25 at 1:30pm on the New Haven Green near the flagpole. In case of rain the ceremony will take place in the City Hall.

We ask as many of you to attend to show solidarity with Ukraine.
