12. HERITAGE CENTER: Due to decreases in sales and traffic, it has become practical for the Heritage Center to reduce its hours of operation beginning immediately. In the coming year, the Center will be open for the purchase of items, visit the museum or to obtain books from the library by appointment. Call Carl R.
